Espoo Central Park is a natural area of forests, meadows, rocks, and bogs in the middle of Espoo. Central Park covers 880 hectares and is an important outdoor recreation area for all residents of the capital region. Espoo Central Park is indeed Espoo's second-largest continuous natural area after Nuuksio National Park, as well as an ecologically important connection from the sea to the Nuuksio lake plateau.
