About this event

Gymnastics lesson for 7-9 year old children has been implemented in cooperation with the city of Espoo. You have to register for the class, but the class is free for visitors. In the classes, basic exercise skills and the basics of gymnastics are practiced in a way specific to the age level. The instructors also know how to give challenges to advanced enthusiasts. The lessons start with fast-paced initial games and warm-ups and practicing basic exercise skills. Each lesson has two main themes, based on which exercises are done. Gymnastics equipment (rope, ball, hoop, clubs and ribbon) is also used in classes during the season. Equipment: clothing suitable for indoor exercise and a water bottle.
