International Literacy Day at Iso Omena Library

About this event

International Literacy Day is celebrated on September 8th. The purpose of the day is to remind us of the importance of literacy and education in building a sustainable future. In honour of the day, there will be an opportunity to craft bookmarks in the library's youth space Vox from 14:30-18:00. At 15:00, 16:00, and 17:00, there will also be read-aloud sessions in the space.
