Aurinkovaarojen Jotos

The route features rugged cliffs and magnificent views of Aavasaksa and the rest of the river valley. An opportunity to see a piece of old Finland and the national landscapes of the Tornionjoki river valley. The Jotos trail winds through the area south of Aavasaksa. You can choose routes of different lengths, but hiking the entire route from Kainuunkylä school to Kivivaara and from there to Ainiovaara covers approximately 50 km.
