Playground Munkki is located in a beautiful park in the Munkkiniemi district with excellent transport connections. The playground is a place where families with babies and children can play, exercise and meet each other around the year either indoors or outdoors. In addition to sandboxes, swings and various climbing frames, playground features: - Paddling pool (in summer) - Basketball hoop - Ice rink (in winter) - Playing field with football goals on a sand bed - Skate park - Ping pong table - Floorball goals and equipment - Waterplay area with showers, pumps etc. (in summer) - Baby changing table Families with babies and children can meet other families at playgrounds, while children can find new friends to play with. Diverse and free-of-charge guided activities are organised at playgrounds in the mornings. You can heat your own food and make coffee and tea at the playground. Our activities are free of charge and based on Helsinki's curriculum for early childhood education and care.
