The Olari health nature trail is located in Kokinmetsä, Espoo Central Park, and features several natural elements that positively affect health. The trail, about 2.5 kilometres long, has eight checkpoints, each with three separate tasks. The exercises on the information boards guide visitors to observe, learn, and experience the many health benefits of nature, from mental well-being to improved physical condition.
