A 6-metre bird tower has been built on the northern shore of Keskimmäinen, about 600 metres from Joensuuntie, most of it along duckboards. Two observation platforms have been built along the duckboards. Keskimmäinen is a nationally protected bird wetland site. Facilities: bird tower, waste point
