AURINKO-ILVES 31 KM, ASIKKALA Note! Mountain biking is also allowed on the route. The magnificent Aurinko-Ilves trail takes hikers from the beautiful environment of Vääksy Canal along paths, jogging trails, and old forest roads towards the vast forests and extensive hiking trail network of Evo recreational area. Views vary from the ridge forests of Aurinkovuori to stunning lake landscapes and the charming rural scenery of Kurhila village. Approaching Evo, the babbling of forest streams adds its own flavour to the diverse route.
