Honkakankaan Metsäpolku

Honkakankaantie Forest Trail is a popular outdoor recreation route near Kemijärvi city centre. The guardian of the route is the forest troll Taimi, whose life mission is to keep the forests vibrant. The route is suitable for short day trips and lessons, among other things. An (challenging) accessible route has been built from Honkakankaantie to the Honkalampi campfire site along the trail.
