Ahveniston luonnonsuojelualue

The Ahvenisto ridge area is a nature reserve in its entirety, covering 68 hectares, with 6 hectares of old-growth forest. Illuminated paths for outdoor recreation and skiing run through the area – the ridged terrain ensures a pleasant light sweat. The magnificent sandy swimming beach of the clear-watered Ahvenistonjärvi lake is surrounded by rugged and beautiful forest landscapes.
