Kortepohja local sports area consists of the forest area between Kortepohja school and Emännänpuisto, Kortepohja's renovated field, and Emännänpuisto. Along the pathways (gravel) in the forest area, there are tracks suitable for children's exercise and disc golf baskets. Emännänpuisto features play areas, a parkour area, and outdoor gym equipment. Korteniitty field has an artificial sand pitch (football and Finnish baseball lines), a basketball hoop, a long jump pit, and running tracks. The area borders the renovated yard area of Kortepohja daycare and school, which is available for local sports in the evenings. Emännänpuisto is maintained by the city's streets and parks unit.
