About this place

The current village hall, formerly a village school, is a communal gathering and hobby place for villagers. In addition to café facilities and a hall, the village hall has a gym. The village hall, maintained by the village association, has been renovated, and solar panels have been installed on the roof of the outbuilding, which saves money on costs. In the village hall's courtyard, there is a kota (lean-to), a lit jogging track, and an equestrian arena with obstacles, all for public use. In winter, there is an ice rink and a lit ski track, and in summer, the village's own swimming spot. Exercise classes for different age groups are organised at the village hall. The village has its own theatre group, and performances are held in the village hall's courtyard in the summers. Summer theatre attracts people from a wide area every summer.
