Alkkianvuoren Lakilenkki

The Alkkianvuori nature trail can be walked as a 2 km or 4.5 km loop. Both route options have some changes in elevation. The trail is marked with red paint marks. From Alkkianlampi, the path ascends the Alkkianvuori slope and is partly steep and rocky. Along the trail, there are information boards telling about the nature of Alkkianvuori, the developmental stages of the ancient Baltic Sea, and forest research. The 2 km route starts from the Alkkianlampi starting point, ascends to the slope of Alkkianvuori, and descends to the beautiful Raatosulkonneva. From Nevalta, there is a signpost back to Alkkianvuorentie. The nature trail can also be walked for 4.5 km, in which case the journey from Raatosulkonneva continues past pine heaths, a lush spruce forest, and ascends to the top of Alkkianvuori.
