As of 1 August 2025, Playground Nuoli is closed due to the construction of a new building. The after-school activities of Playground Nuoli will move to Pitäjänmäki Comprehensive School. The open early childhood education morning activities for small children will not be provided during the construction. Playground's toys will not be in use during the construction. Some of the outdoor play equipment and playground area will remain in use. According to the plan, the construction of the playground's new building will run from September 2025 to July 2026. Playground Nuoli is located in the Pitäjänmäki district, a short walk from the train station. The playground is located in a residential area and has a quiet and green yard. The playground is a place where families with babies and children can play, exercise and meet each other around the year either indoors or outdoors. In addition to sandboxes, swings and various climbing frames, playground features: - Paddling pool (in summer) - Basketball hoop - Playing field with football goals on a sand bed - Ping pong table - Floorball goals and equipment - Baby changing table - Forest Families with babies and children can meet other families at playgrounds, while children can find new friends to play with. Diverse and free-of-charge guided activities are organised at playgrounds in the mornings. You can heat your own food and make coffee and tea at the playground. Our activities are free of charge and based on Helsinki's curriculum for early childhood education and care.
