Puumannin laavu

Puumanni is the newest lean-to shore on the Hiidenvesi lake. It is located 3.5 km from Nummela towards Lohja on the shore of Pääksniemi, on the edge of a beautiful sandy beach bay after the Laukkallio viewpoint. The site has 2 lean-tos, an outdoor toilet, and a wood shed. Both lean-tos have a campfire site, great benches, and sturdy lean-to tables. There is also a campfire site and benches on the shore, so Puumanni can accommodate several groups. The Pääkslahti nature trail runs right next to the lean-to, and the beach path is equipped with duckboards. There are plenty of tent sites. Hiidenveden Purjehtijat, HiiPu, maintains the lean-to site.
