Aneriojärven luonto-kulttuuripolku

The Aneriojärvi nature and culture trail is located in Suomusjärvi near the village of Kitula. Lake Aneriojärvi is part of the bird wetland protection programme due to its diverse and valuable bird species. The trail consists of two parts: a nature trail, approximately 1 km long, located on the shore of Lake Aneriojärvi and suitable for walking, and a cycling route, approximately 4 km long, that runs through the surrounding agricultural lands. The starting point for the nature and culture trails is the car park south of main road 110, located approximately 1 km before the centre of Suomusjärvi when coming from Salo. The address of the starting point is Helsingintie 2543 (approx.). From main road 110, there is a brown signpost "Aneriojärvi, Luontopolku" to the car park. At the car park, there is an information board about the nature and culture trail route, showing its location and attractions along the way. The route is divided into two parts – the nature trail and the culture trail. The nature trail has signposts. The culture trail is navigated using map materials.
