You can access the northern route of the Häkkilä hiking trail from Häkkilä wilderness cabin. You can also rent Häkkilä wilderness cabin for accommodation. More information: http://www.hakkilaneraveikot.net The northern route runs through Häkkilä's former centre, Häkkilänranta, to Rajainmäki, past Pohoslammi, Pahanlammi and Laihalahti to Vehkamäki. The northern route also has a spur to Ruunavuori, where there is a viewpoint. The length of the northern route is about 16 kilometres. The northern route is also suitable for mountain biking or fatbiking. The route is marked with yellow ribbons, paint marks and wooden signs.
