Family house Kuutti is closed during the building renovation from 23 March to 31 December 2026. Family house Kuutti is located in the heart of the Katajanokka district, along tram 4 route. Activities are organised indoors. A family house is a safe place to spend time for families with babies and small children. Family houses offer a wide range of activities. Family houses offer guided sessions for babies, toddlers and preschoolers by the city's open early childhood education. Families get to meet other families and children find playmates. Adults and children can participate in planning and facilitating the activities with the family house instructors. You can heat your own food and make coffee and tea at the family houses. The family house has a childcare room. Our activities are free of charge and based on the City of Helsinki Early Childhood Education Plan. On Monday and Thursday afternoons the activities are in Swedish or bilingually in Finnish and Swedish.
