Playground Viikkari is located in the Latokartano and Viikki districts, surrounded by nature. The outdoor areas of Viikkari are very versatile and lush with fruit trees, different plants and broad grass fields. The playground is a place where families with babies and children can play, exercise and meet each other around the year either indoors or outdoors. In addition to sandboxes, swings and various climbing frames, playground features: - Separate fenced yard for small children - Paddling pool (in summer) - Basketball hoop - Floorball goals and equipment - Baby changing table Families with babies and children can meet other families at playgrounds, while children can find new friends to play with. Diverse and free-of-charge guided activities are organised at playgrounds in the mornings. You can heat your own food and make coffee and tea at the playground. Our activities are free of charge and based on Helsinki's curriculum for early childhood education and care.
