The following Omnigym machines are available at Vantinlaakso outdoor gym: Leg squat, leg press, horizontal rowing machine, lat pulldown machine, chest press, incline chest press, shoulder press, seated bicep curl, seated triceps extension. Additionally, the gym has stations for back extensions, dips, and abdominal exercises, as well as a leg raise/dip/pull-up machine. The outdoor gym also features a Big Rig fitness frame suitable for hanging, pull-ups, and Street Workout training, ladders, climbing.
