Tulisaaren retkisatama

The place is located on a cape in the northeast part of Tulisaari, on Pieni-Virmasvesi, about 600m from the waterway leading to Karttula village. Coniferous forest grows in the area. The shores are shallow and partly rocky. The place is sheltered from most winds. There is no road access to the island, and no services are nearby. The place is suitable for temporary stay and landing. Strong northeast wind may hinder landing. A new lean-to was built on the island in 2006 to replace the one that burned down.
