Nummen kota, vuokrattavissa

A kota (traditional Sami hut) administered by Nummenkylä ry at the Metsä-Pietilä farm. In winter, there is an illuminated cross-country ski track next to the kota. The kota can be rented by private individuals and companies. More information from kota host Markku Salo, tel. 0400 - 737222, markku.salo@pp.armas.fi A splendid kota was built next to the ski tracks of Metsä-Pietilä farm in spring 2008 by the village men through voluntary work. The opening ceremony was held on 24.7. The kota is part of the aforementioned Nature Tourism to Renko project, which has received POMO+ funding from Linnaseutu ry. Access to the kota is by skis during snowy periods, and by car during snow-free periods.
