Playground Kankarepuisto is located in the Jakomäen sydän multipurpose building alongside a school, daycare centre and youth centre. The playground is a place where families with babies and children can play, exercise and meet each other around the year either indoors or outdoors. In addition to sandboxes, swings and various climbing frames, playground features: - Separate fenced yard for small children - Paddling pool (in summer) - Ping pong table - Table football - Floorball goals and equipment - Baby changing table - Accessible bathroom facilities Families with babies and children can meet other families at playgrounds, while children can find new friends to play with. Diverse and free-of-charge guided activities are organised at playgrounds in the mornings. You can heat your own food and make coffee and tea at the playground. Our activities are free of charge and based on Helsinki's curriculum for early childhood education and care.
