Espoon Keskuspuisto / Kuntorata (4,3km) (GPS)

Keskuspuisto (Central Park) has numerous outdoor recreation routes, a nature trail, and three fitness trails. The Kokinmetsä 1.5-kilometre and Kuurinmetsä 4.3-kilometre fitness trails have a counter-clockwise direction, and the Nissinhaa 2.5-kilometre trail has a clockwise direction. The Kuurinmetsä fitness trail, located in hilly terrain, will get even the fittest exerciser's heart rate up. Cross-country skiing tracks are made in winter, weather permitting. Dog walking is prohibited on this fitness trail.
